The Soloroll® is a stylish interior roller blind from Griesser, ideal for living and office areas where external solar or heat protection cannot or should not be installed. It effectively protects against glare and prying eyes and is available in a wide range of fabrics.

How does an interior roller blind differ from external solar shading?
An interior roller blind like the Soloroll® only blocks the sunlight after it has already passed through the glass. It protects well against glare, but hardly against heat ingress. Anyone seeking energy efficiency and heat protection should opt for external solar shading, i.e. venetian blinds, façade awnings, window shutters or roller shutters.

Which fabrics are available for the Soloroll®?
The Soloroll® is available with a wide selection of fabrics: from transparent (glare protection only) through semi-transparent to blackout fabrics for the sleeping area. Easy-care and lightfast qualities are also available.
Can the Soloroll® also be motorised?
Can the Soloroll® also be motorised?
Yes. The Soloroll® can be motorised and integrated into smart home systems. This way it can be controlled via app, timer or light sensor.

Is the Soloroll® also suitable for large windows?
Yes, Griesser makes the Soloroll® custom-made. It fits small windows as well as large panoramic fronts. For very large surfaces, a two-part version may be recommended.
