Located in the Lyon metropolitan area, a few metres from the banks of the Saône, this 16th-century abbey has been renovated and redeveloped as luxury housing by the developer SMCI. The building contains a total of 51 apartments as well as two beautiful landscaped courtyards with a water feature and fountain.
Combining modernity and tradition, Griesser has helped to preserve the beauty and authenticity of the site with model A hinged shutters with fixed American-style slats. The choice of these panels and the sand colour has restored the splendour of the ancient masonry.
Griesser also offers this building high-quality, maintenance-free and durable products to ensure comfort and peace of mind for its residents.
This renovation project was carried out in such a way as to preserve the soul of a peaceful place steeped in history.
